Completed 2025

A thoughtful restoration of a late-19th-century villa set on Scotland’s dramatic west coast. The project brought back the home’s original architectural detailing while introducing bespoke oak joinery, natural stone and a quiet, tonal palette influenced by the shifting coastal light. Antique sourcing was central to the process, allowing the interior to carry a sense of depth, history and collected character.

The result is a calm, contemporary home that honours its 1870s heritage while reflecting the owner’s French-Scandinavian sensibility, a layered, atmospheric space shaped by craft, patina and the landscape just beyond the windows.
